In partnership with the Native American & Indigenous Association, the American Indian Society of Engineers and Scientists, and Indigenous Spirit, Radius is pleased to present our fourth annual myth-busting event, a series that explores persisting harmful narratives still retold in media around the Thanksgiving Dinner Myth. This year, we will be watching the Thanksgiving episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer in a learning format facilitated by LIT@MIT professor Dr. Caitlyn Doyle. Pie – pizza and otherwise – will be served.
All are also invited to a pilgrimage to the National Indigenous Day of Mourning in Plymouth, MA, on Thursday, November 27 (Thanksgiving Day); RSVP can be made on the same sign-up form.
